Always receive excellent service. This is a stop we always hot when heading east through the area. They always get our order right and greet us in a friendly manner no matter how busy they are. Wish they were 24 hours and had a night baker so the selection in the evenings was as good as the daytime.

The late evening service is really hit and miss. Have only once seen some old stale donuts after 9pm. Mostly no donuts it seems.
Tonight they had no medium sized cups so charged me for a medium coffee in a large cup as a large coffee.
Service is not very friendly. On other nights service was great. Younger staff are pretty abysmal.
Washrooms are usually not very clean and often low on paper towels or toilet paper.
PetroCanada station on television road has immaculate washrooms and honestly the best service oriented staff. Plus Kawartha dairy ice cream.
